Joining our team in 2018, Pamela works alongside Amanda and Cathy as Group Risk Administrator. Having previously worked for Mercer and Scottish Widows in the Group Risk and Complaints departments, Pamela will not stop until each and every risk related query is dealt with, with the utmost diligence and care.

In her spare time, Pamela also likes to partake in horseriding, hillwalking and photography.

Rachel joined the DAM team at the beginning of 2018.

As well as carrying out a range of administrative tasks for clients, Rachel is also responsible for the marketing role within the company and spends some of her time organising a range of events, and keeping our website and social media platforms up to date.

Lorraine has been a member of the DAM team since 2005, having previously gained experience in employee benefits while working for a number of large national employee benefit consultancies. As well as overseeing corporate new business development, a large part of Lorraine's job invovles working closely with existing corporate clients to maintain strong relationships with the CEO's, HRD's and FD's with whom DAM are often working with on a regular basis. As part of this, Lorraine is also involved in Pension Scheme governance, with a particular focus on ensuring the default arrangements for each of our corporate clients continue to meet high quality standards on a regular basis.

As Managing Director, Lorraine is also responsible for the recruitment, training and development of staff, overseeing 4 consultants and a team of 10 administrators, with tasks ranging from one-to-one meetings and bi-monthly appraisals to regularly updating and keeping track of staff training and development.

Alastair joined DAM in 2007 after graduating in Mathematics just around the corner at the University of Glasgow. After working initially within the administration team, Alastair achieved the Diploma in Financial Services and, as a result of the continued expansion of the firm, and now works within the consultancy side of the business. He is responsible for the implementation and ongoing servicing of clients in North-West of England. 

From group presentations to individual benefit meetings, Alastair works closely with DAM’s clients to ensure that their benefit packages are utilised and communicated effectively.

Jacqui is DAM’s mortgage consultant and joined the business back in 2005, having previously worked for RBS for over 20 years years in both Branch and Mortgage Centre capacities. As a fully qualified specialist in the mortgage industry, Jacqui helps clients assess their options and find the perfect mortgage. Guiding both private and corporate clients through every step of the  housebuying/remortgaging process, Jacqui's expertise helps to ensure that each and every client is provided with the help and advice they need to meet their individual circumstances.

Her clients are always giving her glowing reviews and remain thankful for her help with what is, for most people, the biggest financial decision of their lives whilst the on-site advisory days that Jacqui runs for corporate clients remain extremey popular with staff.

Cathy joined our team in 2018 having previosuly worked for Mercer for 25 years. As part of the Group Risk team, Cathy works predominantely with some of our corporate hotel clients -  Radisson, Cafe Royal and HIT Scotland to set up employees with risk-related insurance and answer all of their risk-related needs.

Amanda joined DAM in 2015, having previously spent many years working in financial services.  She has a Diploma in Insurance from The Chartered Insurance Institute and a BA (hons) in Economics from University of Strathclyde. All Group Risk benefits are safe in her hands.

Amanda is a member of Historic Scotland, and when not looking after employee benefits, she can be found exploring the ruined castles of Scotland.  She is also a keen runner, and spends her spare time training for her next marathon.

Louise joined DAM in 2016 and has worked in the Financial Services industry since 1999 for both Life Office and National IFA, dealing primarily with corporate clients. 

In 1991 Louise gained a BA (hons) in Business and Management from the University of Paisley and following from this worked in the graduate training programme with Scottish Amicable where she achieved The Financial Planning Certificate and more recently passed the Group Risk exam GR1. 

Louise deals with all aspects of administrative work and strives to provide a valuable service for all of our clients.

Lesley has been in the financial services industry since 1989, working with both Life Office and National IFA and she has achieved the Certificate in Financial Administration (both life and pensions) as well as the Certificate in Financial Services.

With her years of experience in the pensions industry, every pension-related query that comes in is handled with the care and consideration that Lesley puts into all aspects of her work.

Graeme joined DAM in 2017 and has worked in the Financial Services Industry since 2015 dealing primarily with the employee benefits of corporate client at a National IFA.

In 2014, Graeme gained a BA (hons) in Politics with History at Glasgow Caledonian University. Based in the Glasgow office, Graeme works alongisde the team to carry out a range of administrative tasks from fund switches to individual client reviews.

Having worked in the financial services industry for over 25 years, Suzanne is DAM's most recent recruit having joined the company in October 2019. Working predominantely with David, Suzanne carry's out a range of administrative tasks for David's wealth of private and corporate clients, from recommendation reports and fund switching to indiviual client reviews. As well as being FPC qualified, Suzanne is customer focused and enjoys working in a customer facing environment. She is always looking for ways to streamline processes and make the customer journey an easy one. In her spare time, Suzanne enjoys hillwalking and landscape photography.

Alex joined the team in 2012 and is located in DAM’s London office. Having worked within financial services for over 20 years, Alex brings a wealth of experience to his role and takes a pro-active approach to implementing unique employee benefits packages, as well as engaging staff with their benefits through employee one-to-one meetings and staff group presentations. Alex’s past experience incorporates group risk, pensions, flexible and international benefits.

Based in London, Alex’s position sees him regularly network with those in the industry based in the capital.

Jordan joined DAM in 2017, having previously worked with Barclays Stockbrokers. As well as a BA (Hons) in Economics and Human Resouce Management from Strathclyde University, Jordan has completed his Level 4 Investment Advice Diploma with the Chartere Insitute of Securities and Investments.

Jordan contineus to support the implementation of employee benefits, and ogoing services for our corporate clients in Scotland, and North-East of England.

Rhona is one one of our most recent recruits having joined DAM in May 2016.  Rhona has worked in the financial services industry since 1985 with both Life Office and IFAs dealing with a portfolio of key corporate clients.  She has experience of Group Personal Pension and Group Risk business.  She provides a valuable administrator service to support her clients with the day-to-day administration of their pension schemes.

The founding member of DAM, Russell specialises in the design and implementation of employee benefits for corporate clients. Russell meets with directors from all DAM’s clients on a regular quarterly basis to make sure DAM is delivering the best service possible. Russell also manages all new enquiries, ensuring the solution offered is perfectly suited to the client’s expectations and not simply a generic one. He gets to know how each client works and what employee benefit package would work best for them- we could go on and on to tell you about his expertise, or you could simply take a look for yourself at our client case study results.

An Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Insurance, Russell also has various specialised pension qualifications.

After gaining her BA (hons) degree in Accountancy from the University of Caledonia in May 2018, Kimberley took a particular interest in the financil services industry and joined the DAM team in January 2019. As client services administrator, Kimberley works alongside Louise and Rhona in the Corporate Pensions Department, to assist DAMs range of Corporate client and carry's out a range of activies, from processing new joiners, to producing individual client reviews.

On top of this, Kimberley has also started to assist with Mortgage Administration and supports our Mortgage Advisor, Jacqui, with a range of administrative tasks. She is currently studying to gain her certificate in Mortgage Advice.
