Our yesterdays.

With 20 years on the clock since founding Davidson Asset Management (DAM) in 2003, our industry savvy, well-seasoned team have collected an eye-catching array of blue chip clients.

The bedrock of DAM’s early success was secured by the dedication and financial expertise of CEO Russell Davidson and our founding team, allowing us to build watertight relationships with early clients such as Malmaison Hotels and the Radisson Hotel Group. Both of which remain loyal clients to this day, a testimony to the quality of service DAM deliver and the trust between us and our clients.

Navigating the credit crunch and retail distribution review (RDR) in the noughties were serious challenges but a prudent growth and consolidation strategy saw DAM go from strength to strength. Picking up world-class hotels and hospitality businesses along the way, becoming more widely known throughout the UK.

Our client-centric, bespoke approach proved of value to our corporate clients that so much so we began to receive requests to manage their own private wealth. As a result, 2017 also marked a significant milestone in our DAM history book with the launch of our sister business, DAM Wealth Management.

Our tomorrows.

At DAM we are thinking positively. To take care of our clients we must also take care of ourselves. Although we already have some of the biggest names in the UK Hospitality sector on our books, such as The Dorchester Collection and Four Seasons Hotels, there is room to grow. Our goal is to become the leading employee benefits consultants for all luxury hotels within the UK Hospitality market.

We also see an exciting opportunity and chance to step outside our niche and expand our customer base by reaching out to those companies that work hand in glove with the hospitality sector. Our mission is to reach the suppliers, manufacturers, restaurants and other peripheral businesses of the sector, as they too will gain from implementing an attractive employee benefits package.

Our future is bright, we can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings.
