The HIT List: Scholarships To Be Announced At Emerging Talent Conference

 It’s The Hospitality Industry Trust (HIT) Scotland’s Emerging Talent Conference today where the 2015 HIT scholarships will be awarded.

Today at Edinburgh’s The Assembly Rooms, well over a hundred emerging talents in the hospitality industry will be awarded the chance of a lifetime as they are presented with one of HIT Scotland’s fantastic scholarships from across the world.

The talented individuals will go off to make the most of some world-class opportunities to enhance their skills, all of which will benefit the Scottish hospitality industry in the long run.

As well as the highlight of the day – the awarding of the scholarships – there were be plenty of hands-on workshops, as well as fantastic speakers such as Philipp Mosimann, Andrew Scott and Carl Weldon.

The event is always a great day for all attendees, and especially for those who find out they’ll be embarking on the experience of their careers.
