Some DAM exciting changes for our team
It’s been over a year since we developed our new brand, DAM Wealth Management, and it’s already been a great success – we can really start to see the new structure of the company take shape with all staff members excelling in taking on new roles to support the new brand. And as our company continues to grow – both internally and externally, I recently made the decision to promote two members of the DAM team – Lorraine Kellie and Lesley McLean.
Not only will these promotions help to safeguard our seamless service as we continue to grow but they are a clear recognition and reward of the hard work and dedication both Lorraine and Lesley have continuously demonstrated over the years.
As previous managing director of the company, I have now taken on the role of CEO & Founder whilst Lorraine Kellie, previous Operations director has taken on the role of Managing Director – a clear sign of her invaluable role within the company.
I have no doubts she will be a huge success in the role and take the business on to even greater heights in the years ahead. It only confirms what many clients have said to me for the past 14 years - that Lorraine is actually the one who runs the place!
And in line with the new DAM Wealth brand and DAM’s ever-increasing list of private clients, we are also pleased to welcome Lesley McLean, previous Client Administrator to the senior team as she takes on the role as Client Services Manager.
Having worked closely with myself for the past few years, Lesley has provided an outstanding service to our private clients, consistently working above and beyond to ensure they receive the very best – a clear sign of her commitment to the brand and our valued customers.
I hope you’ll join me in congratulating both Lorraine and Lesley for their outstanding performance’s and wish them the best of luck in their future positions.
If you have any queries about what either of their new positions might mean in terms of your service or relationship with the business, please don’t hesitate to get in touch.
